Karix has also provided a short code 5616161 exclusively provisioned for Tata Motors for customers to opt-in for test drives of various car models, inquire for genuine spare parts and avail other such services. Test Drive Management is enabled via the middleware to send test drive schedule and contact to the potential lead. Along with providing the organization and its customers a convenient and efficient communication channel, the GUI reports for all incoming leads are also provided to Tata Motors.
