Role: Manager –Administration
Location: Gurgaon
Whatyou’ll be Responsible for?
· To handle and supervise the office Administration and all related activities.
· Maintain all the challans and papers.
· Maintain strong relationships with vendors and Coordinate repairs to office equipment
· Oversee and manage daily office operations, including facilities management, staff coordination, and office supplies procurement.
· Supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow, performance, and adhere nceto company policies.
· Develop and implement administrative processes, procedures, and policies to improve office efficiency and productivity.
· Manage budgets for administrative functions, including expense tracking and financialreporting.
· Doingthe follow-up with the accounts department and ensuring the timely payment ofvendors for maintaining business relations.
· Coordinatecompany events, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logisticalsupport for all operations.
· Managingthe set-up of Team Lunch and Snacks. Ensuring proper stock is in place.
· StockManagement is a vital responsibility to be played
· Managing cleanliness drive and repair management on the weekend
· Sendingcouriers, and posts and ensuring timely delivery and receipt of confidentialinformation
· CompanyGuest House facilitation & Maintenance
· Frontoffice management
Whatdo we look in for you?
· OfficeAdministration Expertise: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in officemanagement, administrative roles, operations management, preferably in a corporate setting.
· MIS& Reports: Manage budgets for administrative functions, includingexpense tracking and financial reporting by using MS EXCEL and otherappropriate tools
· StrongCommunicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the abilityto coordinate between teams and offices efficiently.
· OrganizationalSkills: Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities, with a keen eyefor detail and process improvement.
· ITVendor Management: Experience in managing office IT support(coordinatingwith external vendors) and handling office infrastructure requirements
