Systems Engineer - I / II

Job Role: Systems Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates,identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customerneeds. The position works closely with internal teams and responsible for configurationand troubleshooting of Karix products. Candidates should be familiar with Ansibleor shell scripting, Ultimately, you will execute and automate operationalprocesses fast, accurately, and securely.

Job Responsibilities:  

1. Implement integrationsrequested by Internal teams / customers

2. Provide Level 2 technicalsupport and queries coming from Internal teams

3. Build tools to reduceoccurrences of errors and improve customer experience

4. Perform root cause analysis forproduction errors

5. Investigate and resolvetechnical issues, Deploy updates and fixes

6. Develop scripts to automatevisualization

7. Design procedures for systemtroubleshooting and maintenance      

8. 24*7 support, should beflexible for shifts

Qualification andExperience:

- (5-8years of Experience)

- B.E/B. Tech/BCA/MCA

-Candidate must be associated with computers & technical background

Knowledge and Skills:

-         Linux OS.

-         SQL Queries.

-         Monitoring tool like nagios.

-         Apache/Nginx web servers.

-         Basic Network.

-         Message borker like RabbitMQ, Solace

-          Ansible & ShellScripting.

-         SVN, Jenkins, Nagios, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus

-         APIs (Rest, SOAP)

-         Application security patching

-         Application High availability, performance and scaling

-         Knowledge of best practices and IT operations inan always-up, always-available service.
